Please note that benches and other bench accessories are not included. We kindly recommend measuring your bench’s dimensions beforehand to ensure a perfect fit. Additionally, the stated thickness of the cushion is based on the thickness of its four corners. Due to manual measurement, a 1-3cm error in cushion size is to be expected—thank you for your understanding. We hope you love your new bench seat cushion!

2.  If you’ve chosen a waterproof bench seat cushion, please keep this in mind: While the surface material is water-resistant, we still suggest bringing it indoors promptly on rainy days. After all, the surface is fabric, and this simple step will help keep your cushion in excellent condition for longer! 

How to Restore Fluffiness

Your bench seat cushion arrives in vacuum packaging. To help it regain its fluffiness quickly, we recommend patting it for 20 minutes after opening the package, followed by ironing it for 10 minutes. This will speed up the process of it returning to its full, plump state. 

Handling Special Cases 

If the cushion still doesn’t reach the stated thickness after patting and ironing, please place it in a sunny spot to air out and allow 3-7 days for it to recover. This is because the cushion undergoes long-term vacuum compression during sea transportation and warehouse storage, so it needs time to stretch naturally. With a little patience, it will return to its intended thickness!
